Warranty Scope and Duration

Duration: All products come with a 3-year warranty starting from the date of equipment acceptance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

• Problems caused by human factors: Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the "Product Operation Manual" (such as improper input voltage, unauthorized repairs).
• Force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes), wars, strikes, or government actions.
• Normal wear and tear: Non-core functional issues due to appearance damage (such as scratches, oxidation) or natural aging.
• Customized products: Defects resulting from technical requirements specified by the customer (parts not agreed in writing at the time of order), unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Warranty Service Process

Reporting a defect: After discovering a defect, please contact our customer service via email/phone within [7 days], providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault.

Assessment: We will conduct a fault diagnosis through remote detection or on-site inspection within 3 working days.

Warranty applicable: We will bear all repair/replacement costs.

Warranty not applicable: We will provide an estimate of the repair costs, which must be approved in writing by you before repair.

Shipping costs:

• Domestic customers: We will bear the round-trip shipping costs related to the warranty during the warranty period.
• International customers: Regardless of whether the warranty applies, all shipping costs, import duties, and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the customer. The customer must use a logistics provider approved by us or obtain our prior written consent for other carriers.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the warranty scope, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If the negotiation fails, it may be submitted to a third-party professional testing agency jointly recognized by both parties for appraisal, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
